New models: Added Mistral Large 3, Meta Llama 3.3 70B Instruct, DeepSeek V4 Pro, and Grok 4.3.
Private chat projects: Organize conversations into projects. Create, name, and switch between workspaces from the sidebar.
Pinned conversations: Pin important chats to the top of your sidebar for quick access.
Multi-quote and reference selected text: Highlight text in any message to open the quote popup. Selections appear as chips above the input so you can reference them in your next message.
Real-time token and usage gauge: A live context usage gauge. Hover for a snapshot, click for a full breakdown.
Skills: Agents can now use skills — reusable sets of instructions. Invoke them in the agent builder or by typing $ in chat.
Message timestamps: Hover any message to see its timestamp.
Message navigator: Longer conversations now show a navigator on the right side. Drag it to scrub through message history.
Keyboard shortcuts: A global shortcut system, with a shortcuts dialog for discovering what’s available.
Redesigned settings: The settings panel is now searchable and mobile-friendly.
Tool artifacts: Mermaid diagrams, code output, and file results render as inline artifact cards.

The timeline for these updates depends on your institution’s deployment. You may not see these changes yet, but they’re on the way.

New sidebar: All features previously on the right-hand sidebar (agent builder, prompt builder, memories, files, bookmarks, and MCPs) are now on the left-hand sidebar.
New image model: Image generation now uses GPT-Image-2, replacing GPT-Image-1.
Nightly balance refills: Credit balances now refill automatically every night. This replaces the previous on-demand refill (which topped up only when your balance ran low).
Pinning and reordering: Users can pin agents and models, with drag-and-drop reordering.
Agent analytics: Shared agents now display usage analytics in the Agent Center for owners.

New admin portal: A refreshed admin portal with usability improvements and a more user-friendly interface with expanded capabilities.
Role-based access: Admins can create roles and define each role’s permissions and grants, making it easy to control different levels of admin access (analytics admin, billing admin, user management admin, etc.).
Auto-moderation page: A built-in moderation system for security purposes. Use the auto-moderation page to see when users are banned and release them if they’re an approved user.
Balance settings auto-apply: Changes to a user’s or group’s balance settings now take effect automatically for each job — users no longer need to log out and back in for updated settings to apply.

API key access: Faculty and staff can request API keys for themselves or their teams (usage-based; speedtype required).
